Description
Peter F. Drucker begins the interview by explaining that management is a human enterprise. He discusses how to turn a market company into a knowledge company, and how older businesses must update themselves to knowledge-based information. Drucker also discusses the future of the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management. He ends the interview by explaining the importance of continuing education for leaders and managers.
