Description: Photograph article dated February 7, 1961 partially reads, "Community property worth $60,000 and alimony of $350 a month were awarded Monday to Mrs. Rose C. McLain, 54, along with a decree of divorce from George H. McLain, 59, pension promoter. The decision was made from the bench by Superior Judge Walter C. Allen after eight days of trial."
