Description
Photograph shows the Conservatory of music and Art studio building at the College of Notre Dame.
The College of Notre Dame was the first college in the state of California authorized to grant the baccalaureate degree to women. The college moved from San Jose to Belmont, California in 1923. The college is currently called Notre Dame de Namur University and is the only four-year accredited university in San Mateo County.
