Description: Numerous cars are traveling on Wilshire and crossing Western. Looking west we see a billboard advertising Pierce Arrow on the lawn just to the left of a building labeled Kells & Grant (possibly a real estate sales office). To the right of that, on this side of Western, is a building on the corner which looks empty, but has a sign on the roof for the Bank of Italy. Almost the same picture as 00009309.
