Description
Two train ticket agents and passengers stand outside of the train. Both agents hold documents in their hands while two male passengers wait. The 80's were considered the "lost decade" because of Mexico's debt crisis. This was due to the falling oil prices that left Mexico without foreign currency to pay off its $80 billion debt. This in effect, increased high levels of unemployement, especially in rural areas.
