Photograph article dated June 16, 1962 partially reads, "Golden trophies are being held by green thumbs this week following presentation of awards to home gardeners Tom McClelland and John Wenzell, students at Madison Junior High School, North Hollywood. The Valley Plaza Kiwanis Club honored 40 students in the junior high agricultural class for their agriculture program and development and presented first and second place trophies to McClelland and Wenzell for their home gardens."
