Description
On the back of the photograph is written "1909" which may be the date of this photograph of three women in a Pomona College women's dormitory. Two are seated, one in a wicker chair. One of the seated women is reading, the other is holding a small plucked instrument. The one standing is stirring something, probably a cooking pot. On the wall is floral patterned wall paper and several framed pictures of various sizes, as well as a mirror and a pennant. There are also hanging lanterns and there appears to be a hammock in the corner.
