Description
Written on reverse, "Eleanor Atkinson Sweigert Blalock. Portrait showing her wearing the turquoise blue beaded party/cocktail dress when she attended U.C. Berkeley 1927-28." Blalock is photographed in profile, her dark hair in a crimped bob. The sleeveless shift dress is seen from the back. The neckline is heavily beaded, with another vertical strip of beading running down the back. The rest of the back is decorated with delicate bead patterns.
