Description
Connie and Roy begin the interview discussing arteriosclerosis and how people are, today, living longer and healthier lives. They move on to discuss correlational and experimental evidence and how they inform the aging process, and the proper diet for longevity. Connie and Roy then talk about the importance of lowering cholesterol, and how diabetes is related directly to body weight. Connie closes the interview requesting an autograph for her copy of the book.
