Photograph article dated July 23, 1963 partially reads, "Construction on the North Valley's first rooftop customer parking area is proceeding on schedule, according to an announcement today by Cliff Hofer, general manager of Tom Carrell Chevrolet in San Fernando. Situated adjacent to the Carrell showroom on San Fernando Rd., the new reinforced concrete structure will provide parking for 60 cars, Hofer declared."
