Photograph of the exterior view of the Los Nietos (or Mietos?) Ranch of Lemuel (or Lenuel?) Carpenter ("described in Westways October 1934), [s.d.]. The old adobe home appears to be in dilapidated condition. Vines partially cover several posts and a portion of the left wall. Several posts are placed against the left wall as if to stabilize the wall. Bushes and grass grow wildly around the house. Trees are visible in the background.
