Photograph shows Cherokee pipeline crossing Little Butte Creek, west of Magalia, leading down the ridge- toward Pentz, then across the west branch of the north fork of Feather River, then by ditch to Concow and pours in the reservoir there. Then the water was taken by the ditch, flumes, and pipelines to the old Cherokee Mines-now taken to Oroville, Butte County California. [written by D.B. North]
