Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the Hayward Hotel in Los Angeles, May 6, 1933. People crowd the street corner which homes the large Hayward Hotel. An American flag waves at the corner of the roof of the hotel at center while a taller portion of the hotel stands on the far right with a sign which reads "Hotel Hayward". The hotel's walls glow with light from its hundreds of windows. A fire escape climbs down the right wall near the corner until it reaches the awning of the drug store on the street below. Caption reads "Hayward Hotel, Greetings from Los Angeles".
