Description
"Ribbon cutting ceremonies are scheduled Tuesday for the Sizzler Steak House, the first such franchised operation in Northern California. The 4,000 square foot structure, designed by architect Sooky Lee and built by Richardson Brothers of Sacramento, is in the Southgate Commercial Park developed at Florin Road and the South Sacramento freeway by Northern California Developers, Inc. ... Jack Combs, owner-manager of the new facility, estimates the total investment is close to $125,000."
