"Pacific Photograph Gallery. Rile and Pancost Props. - P.O. Box 93- on the beach at Santa Monica, Calif."--stamp on verso. Title devised by cataloger. Date approximated by cataloger based on appearance of the church, which was built in 1887, and the history of H.F. Rile, who first arrived in Southern California on December 20, 1887 (Ingersoll's century history, Santa Monica Bay Cities, page 173 and 443).
