Robert Moses and Lourene Vail (1919-2014) discuss water history from memories of his grandfather and her father and the work of each in La Cañada's water company and the Metropolitan Water District. The scope of Frank Lanterman’s legislation on water is discussed, as are the current and future problems of water in California.
