Description
The film begins after a twelve second delay. The camera focuses on a flyer for the 1953 North Lodi County Fair excursion. A large crowd of people are shown boarding a carnival train ride while others walk around the various fair exhibits. The video cuts to the Lodi Horseshow and shows multiple events, including a small parade of horses and the calf roping competition. The camera then transitions to the fairgrounds parking lot and people riding carnival rides before again cutting to a group of people boarding a train. The scene then changes to a darkly lit rail house with a refurbished steam engine meant to act as a childrens ride. The words “Wildcat R.R” are painted on the side of the train. The train is shown to be full of people as it travels through an orchard. Before cutting out, a “The End” sign is shown on camera.
