The first photograph caption dated February 17, 1981 reads "The vacamcy rate for Century City high-rise buildings is less than 2 percent." The second photograph caption dated August 7, 1984 reads, "The guide's authors give minimetropolis Century City a thumbs-down for the way it displays 'individual buildings' to the detriment of the whole."
