Photograph article dated December 26, 1955 partially reads, "More than 100 Valley Times newspaperboys visited Disneyland as a reward for their salesmanship in a five-week subscription drive. The boys spent the day enjoying such rides as the Mark Twain River boat in Frontierland, the jungle river ride in Adventureland, Autopia and Trip to the Moon rides in Tomorrowland and castle visit in Fantasyland. Transportation from all points of the Valley was furnished by the Valley Times, which also provided free entrance tickets for eight free rides and $4 in spending money to every boy. The boys were selected for outstanding salesmanship from the Valley Times Newspaperboy Organization which has 618 members. To win they had to bring in top amounts of new subscriptions." Photograph caption reads, "In camera paradise - Cameras of all shapes and makes click away as group of Valley Times newspaperboys visit Disneyland's famed castle.
