Description
Federal funds were sought to complete the improvement of Compton Creek, as shown, ordinarily tabbed "108th Street Ditch." Supervisor Leonard J. Roach has appealed to Congressman Cecil R. King to use his efforts in obtaining the funds. The creek has been a "dangerous spot" for neighborhood children.
