On the left is the Adobe Lodge which then extended to its juncture with the students' dining hall; the Sacristy; and the Mission Church. In the distance is the tower of the Science Building, and farther to the right, the rood of the Students' chapel looming over the Mission Church. On the ground, center right, may be seen traces of the east wing foundation of the Mission Quadrangle.
