Photograph caption dated January 24, 1956 reads, "Dick Lyons, a male industrial nurse of 11666 McCormick St., North Hollywood, proudly displays gifts he received on last day of work at Lockheed. He retired after more than 15 years service on the aircraft company's medical staff. Co-workers gave him luggage gifts."
