Construction for the Madison Campus facility is well under way, which is part of Santa Monica College. This is a $31 million state-of-the-art theater expected to bring top-quality performances to Santa Monica when it's completed in 2007. The 32,000 square-foot, 541-seat performing arts hall will be home to the Santa Monica College Academy of Music and the Pete and Susan Barrett Art Gallery, and is located at 1310 11th St., on 11th Street and Arizona Avenue. The project's architect is Renzo Zecchetto and the contract was awarded to builders FTR International, Inc. Photograph dated October 10, 2005.
