Description
Coined as “the paper that’s different” the Sacramento High School newspaper The X-Ray served as the school’s official paper. Originally, the publication ran without any advertisements but deficits in the school budget and the growth in student body in the early 1920s forced the publication to find funding outside of the Board of Education. The paper also sponsored various contest regarding school spirit such as titles for school hymns or mascot names.
