Carolina Biquard writes to Peter Drucker and Frances Hesselbein to discuss her idea for a project to help alleviate the situation in Argentina. She begins by telling them how she developed the concept while she was rereading Drucker's book, "Post-Capitalist Society." Her proposal is to create a trust governed by the Board of Trustees and composed of Argentineans who are well respected within the community. Once the trust is developed any social organization would be able to apply to it for funds. She also suggests that Fundación Compromiso can assist with the trust's Self Assessment Program. In the second half of the letter Carolina Biquard discusses her ideas for the Jornada's subject matter for the up coming year. She ends by asking for Drucker's and Hesselbein's thoughts on her project for Argentina.
