View 1 (2017-0518). American Legion float with soldiers, sailor, nurse (?) -- view 2 (2017-0520). National Hotel. Honorable Anthony Caminetti, U.S. Commissioner General of Immigration speaking. On platform one dressed as Uncle Sam, Ms. Duey Boitano as Goddess of Liberty, nurse -- view 3 (2017-0519). National Hotel, street decorated in bunting, flags.
July 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, 1921 was Independence Day Celebration in Jackson. Sponsored by the Amador Post #108, American Legion. On July 4th, at National Hotel, Anthony Caminetti was speaker.
