Postcard drawing of Echo Park. Description states "Echo Park (almost twenty seven acres) was started in 1891, it has eight acres of water, a band stand, boat house, and picnic grounds accommodating live thousand. Many water fowl make their homes by the famous Egyptian lotus beds.
