Description: Exterior view of two-story Spanish Colonial Revival fourplex designed by architect Joseph M. Goldberg and built for owner Elja Ginsberg. The structure was demolished circa 1999 for an anticipated extension of the Metro Rail Red Line East. Over two decades later, the land was still sitting vacant.
