Title supplied by cataloger. Models of 14 homes on display were created by senior architectural students at the University of Southern California. The Downtown Home Expositions involved merchants showing displays of complete homes, furnished rooms and displays of flowers. Photograph caption dated October 21, 1947 reads "Loretta Burns and interior of model home displayed at Downtown Home Expositions. Homes were built to give features questionnaire revealed were choice of majority of public." Burns is shown looking down at model.
