Image shows front view of the E.L. Brodeur residence, located in Malaga Cove, on Palos Verdes Drive North on lot 60, block 1703, tract 6882. The large two-story stucco house with tile roof has an attached garage at street level, with a pathway leading up to the upper level entrance at far right. Construction lumber is visible in dirt lot to the right of the house, with the unpaved Granvia Valmonte visible in the foreground. Eucalyptus trees and other houses are visible in the background.
