This is a letter from Harold Smiddy to Peter Drucker. It is in response to two letters written by Drucker on September 5, 1954. The letters were about "Executive Position Guides" and the distinction between "general managers" and "other managers". Smiddy mentions Drucker's book "The New Society". He also makes it clear that he disagrees with Drucker's notion that "risk-taking" should be more adequately developed. This letter contains handwritten notes.
