Mill Valley City Officials gathered around two tables at a dinner in the City Hall building.1st table on left: 2nd from left is D.L. Arrost (Fire Chief 1934-42), Alex Silvera (Assistant Fire Chief), Leslie "Nook" Armager (Fire Chief 1942-1969), S. Sohiers, L. Hendrix, E. Gerhardt, J. Santos, Babe Cerrilli, J.R. Scott (Police Chief 1935-1937), H. Fostine (Street Department), J. Merrimaw (Councilman), A. Eberhart (Janitor). 2nd table: Andy Beiheiter, F.L. Hemstead, Harry Symonds (Attorney), E.K. Hiessy (Esquire), D. Dreyler (Editor), W.A. Hamilton (Councilman), Will Fally (Clerk), H.A.
