Photograph caption dated January 16, 1956 reads "Mrs. Warren Williams, center, is chairmanning (sic) the annual arts and crafts show sponsored by 31st District, California Congress of Parents and Teachers, Inc., to raise funds for its art scholarships. The event will be highlighted with a fashion show of home-styled clothes arranged by Mrs. Delmar Rush, right. Viewing early entries is District President Mrs. Harry Eckes, left."
