Description: A photo of a record of execution of Anthony Brown on January 31, 1930 at Folsom Prison following a conviction of first degree murder. The Remarks portion of the record indicates that Mr. Brown and five other inmates killed a man while trying to escape the prison on Thanksgiving day in 1927.
