Description
Architectural rendering of an area where a 2,000 car underground garage would be built by private capital to serve the Civic Center under a plan proposed to the Board of Supervisors by Sidney H. Wall, of O'Melveny and Myers, representing William J. Moran and Co. The garage would be built under First Street (foreground) extending from Hill St. (left) to Grand Avenue (right). Architects A.C. Martin & Associates. Photo dated: March 18, 1959.
