Description
A pair of paintings framed back-to-back. One side is a typical view of Mount Tamalpais from the southeast, showing the Old Mill Creek estuary in the foreground. No houses, roads or other man-made structures are depicted (1985.011.001a). The other painting is probably of the Pacific coast, and appears to depict Stinson Beach and the Bolinas Lagoon. Again, no man-made objects are shown (1985.011.001b).
