Description
Photograph of a man standing in front of an Indian pueblo in Taos, New Mexico, 1932. The man is pictured in profile to the right of center, staring up at the adobe complex in the distance. Ladders are strewn about the pueblo, making their way to each of the portholes in the buildings' flat faces. The complex contains buildings up to four stories tall. The roofs are all non-sloped. In the left foreground, igloo-like domes, which appear to be dog houses, stand. Mountains are visible in the background.
