Exterior view of a new building on the Manual Arts High School campus, dedicated on April 18, 1939, named in honor of Dr. Albert Edgar Wilson, first principal of the school. He headed the faculty from 1910 to 1938. Albert E. Wilson Hall was designed by architects Parkinson and Parkinson in Streamline Moderne style in PWA mode. The other buildings on campus were constructed earlier in the 1930s.
