An unidentified speaker at Pepperdine University's annual Foster Grandparents' Day ceremonies. Seated (L to R) are Gay Banowsky, Pearl Williams, Betty Ford, and Margaret Brock. Ford was a special guest at the event, which honored participants in the federal foster grandparent program administered by Pepperdine University. Williams was also celebrated for her 106th birthday.
