Description
Photograph article dated March 6, 1961 partially reads, "I approach the Lenten Season with sincerity and gratefulness that the only sinless one, Jesus Christ, suffered and died on the cross not only for my sins but for all who will accept and follow him. Easter is the most sacred event that we have a privilege to celebrate. Had it not been for 1st dying on the cross and rising from the tomb, there would have been no redemption for our sins." Mrs. Perryman (pictured), who penned this article, is a production control clerk for a Burbank aircraft engine overhaul agency and president of United Foursquare Women of Bethany Church, North Hollywood.
