Description
The footage shows people and areas of Pasadena and Caltech in 1942. In specific: Rose Parade floats; Robert Millikan (first Caltech President and 1923 Nobel prize laureate) and William V. Houston on the Caltech Olive Walk; Throop Hall (former campus hall of administration); Caltech students; Robert Millikan and others at Pacific Electric Railway station in Pasadena; arrival and departure of red car.
