Youngsters representing five Valley pools will participate in 'The Wettest Show on Earth,' the second of the 1961 water carnivals, slated at 8:15 p.m. today at North Hollywood Pool, 5301 Tujunga Ave. performing in the aquacade will be youths from Verdugo Hills, North Hollywood, Sun Valley, Fernangeles and Van Nuys-Sherman Oaks plunges, according to the Los Angeles City Recreation and Park Department.
