Description
Point Fermin Park is a beautiful 37-acre scenic park overlooking the ocean in San Pedro. It consists of tree-shaded lawns, sheltered pergolas, colorful gardens, picnic areas, a playground, a small amphitheater, and a promenade along the edge of the palisade (pictured here). This lovely park provides spectacular views of the coast and Catalina (faintly visible on the left, center), and is one of the few places on the peninsula where Monarch butterflies spend their winters. Point Fermin Park is located at 807 Paseo Del Mar, which is also the site of the Point Fermin Lighthouse.
