Description
In these interviews, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 11 retirees discuss the dispatch system, how it favored members of the Knights of Columbus, and how it led to race and gender discrimination in hiring practices in the union. Includes footage taken at job sites and at dispatch halls.
