Title
The situation of the Rinearson camp is a peculiar one. The logging is done on the level country high above the river but the logs are emptied at the river level. First an incline was used but at present a narrow gauge road winds around along the steep hillside and loops back. It is a very good piece of work, but an expensive one and one which required considerable ingenuity. The photo shows how the roadbed is held up in a couple of places by logs. In one place, there was no stump on which to brace the log so it was fastened with wire rope to a stump up above
