Description
Written on reverse: "Store 10th & Santa Clara NW Corner / Built by E. Salas / No neg." Man in suit and bowler hat (likely Estanislaus Salas) standing inside the Salas grocery store. On the left side, a weighing scale is on the counter along with a roll of wrapping paper. The shelves are lined with canned goods. On the back wall are displays for Violet Oats, JELL-O; hanging from the ceiling is an ad for Pearline Easy Washing powder. A sign hanging on the back shelves claims, "Our coffees, teas, spices and extracts are guaranteed to be the very best that money can buy."
