Description
Portrait of William Henry Workman, pioneer civic leader and former mayor of Los Angeles, who donated a large portion of Hollenbeck Park to the City of Los Angeles. Descendants of Workman and his wife, Mrs. Mary Workman, were on hand at the municipal facility on Thursday, November 29, 1962, when a plaque honoring the two pioneers was unveiled.
