No more thumbing rides and sleeping in haystacks for these boys. They are members of the first contingent of over 200 young transients who have been given work and shelter in Griffith Park. Photo shows some of the boys building the tent houses that will accomodate them while they work in the park under the supervision of the city playground department. This project is part of a state-wide movement to rehabilitate thousands of jobless youths. Photo dated: November 28, 1933.
