Description: Copy of a letter from Alvin C. Eichholz, Assistant District Manager of the United States Department of Commerce, to Mr. Hugh Harland, District Supervisor, Federal Writers' Project. In the letter, Mr. Eichholz expresses his appreciation for the splendid work that Mr. Charles McDonald did preparing material in connection with Foreign Trade week. The letter was written on May 16, 1936. Photo dated: August 7, 1937.
