Description: Police take two teenage boys into custody outside of a concert hall that featured the punk rock group, Black Flag. Black Flag was a hardcore punk band formed by guitarist, Greg Ginn, in 1976 in Redondo Beach, California; they broke up ten years later, on August 1986. Photo dated: October 24, 1980.
